How and when did you first find out about your 'psychic abilities'?
I started seeing spirits when I was around 7 years old but didn't start to use my psychic abilities until I took a Tarot class in 1994. After that one class people I had practiced on were sending me clients, it came very natural for me.

How was it growing up with these special skills. Are they natural talents or did you study and develop them?
It was very different growing up as a child seeing spirits and seeing things others didn't. I couldn't tell my friends, though I was always the one my friends came to for advice. By the time I started taking the Tarot class I had already taken Reiki and hypnotherapy classes so really I thought I was just going to have a little fun taking Tarot but it actually threw me into a whole career doing everything combined. Everything came very natural to me. I did also take mediumship classes a few years ago and again got thrown right into doing mediumship readings. When I started professionally doing the readings people were always drawn to it and still are.

Do you think anyone can develop psychic skills?
Yes I do, I just think that some people are more in tune and in touch with that intuitive side that we all have, so some people might have to go to more classes then others to develop those skills. I really don't think though that doing psychic readings is for everyone.

What type of mentality do you think it takes to develop these skills?
I can only say how it is for me. I just wanted to help people so I had the mindset on wanting to learn as much as I could so that I could be available and assist people on whatever would help them get clear and move forward.

Are you able to turn your psychic abilities 'on' or 'off' when you want to? Do you have any rituals to turn them 'on'.
I am able to turn my psychic abilities off to a point; I still pick up things and see spirits at times when I'm not trying to tune in.
I always say a prayer before I start my readings to bring in my guides, angels, and the arc angels and to open up so that I can see and feel clearly for everyone who might contact me. This ritual seems to work well for me. I will also do a meditation before starting my work.

How did you get into doing psychic readings?
My mother was and still is a healer and psychic so I have always had that influence around me so she always encouraged me to use my psychic abilities. I remember in 1995 I took a Tarot class, it was so easy to me, it came natural, after that class I started reading my friends and as my predictions were coming true they would tell other people about me and I started getting referrals. I was so busy with doing readings for private clients that I had to start charging. Not long after that I started working in New age stores doing readings using my psychic, clairvoyant, and empathic abilities with the Tarot and also energy work and I've been busy ever since!

What happens during a psychic reading?
I will shuffle the cards and tune into the person I am reading. I usually start picking up things before I put the cards down. I do not read every card literally but I will read them using everything else I do. I will also do energy work for the person while I'm reading, it just comes natural for me and I will notice that sometimes, by doing the reading for the person, things seem to move faster then I will predict. If I am doing a mediumship reading I don't use the cards, usually if someone(a spirit) wants to speak to the person I'm reading for, they will come to me extremely fast like they were just waiting to say what they needed to say. My goal is to assist in helping the client see clearly and move forward.

What is your primary tool for divination? What is your specialty?
My primary tool is the Tarot; it seems that when I start shuffling the cards, words, messages, feelings, and visions start pouring in before I put the cards down. My specialties are love relationships and business.

Can you communicate with spirits who have passed on?
Yes, I can and this is one of my favorite things to do. I find that when I get to talk with these spirits who have crossed over, the client I am reading for gets a sense of peace and is able to move forward after connecting with a loved one and hearing their message.
